  • I actually would have no idea how good or bad this doctor is. I originally made this appointment because of good reviews on this doctor. I made an appointment two weeks ago and the person on the phone DID NOT let me know that I need to be one half an hour early. They even admitted fault. If you do not show up a half an hour early you will be turned away no matter what. My issue is that every doctor I go to I show up on time and they allow me to sit there for a half an hour while I fill out the paperwork. Then the doctor would see. I let the administrator know that nobody told me about the half an hour rule however they still would not see me or resolve the issue that they created in the first place. If not showing up on time was my fault I would be happy to blame myself. This issue was caused by the administration in the office and they should make up for this lapse of customer service. I spent an hour and a half driving from North Las Vegas through heavy traffic just to get here 10 minutes early. I have a wedding on Saturday ( in 3 days) and I have anxiety that I would like to resolve before my wedding and still after all this information they still would not see me. COLD would be the word i would use to describe their practices of scheduling. I would suggest finding another doctor to see because nobody should be treated like cattle. If you enjoy seeing a doctor that doesn't believe in exceptions to any rule then by all means make an appointment. I personally will not be making another appointment because I do not want to be seen by somebody who doesn't give a care about the patient or their circumstances. I do not want someone to care for my body if they can't care for the person. I would even bet that if you were 29 minutes early they would turn you away. It's up to you if you want to make an appointment, I will not.
