  • Bead World has a fair selection, I think the prices are a bit high. I found the staff to be overly occupied with their own social conversations and not very interested in the customers. When I asked one of the staff how a particular bracelet was made she said it was with a spanish knot and if I didn't know how to do a spanish knot then what she would tell me would be gibberish. She didn't even get out of her chair to address my question. I won't go back to Bead World. I think customers should be treated like gems, not like inconveniences. I found instructions to make the bracelet on the web and bought my supplies somewhere else.
