  • If I could give a negative stars rating I would. I am so unhappy with the service provided. We employed this company to repair my washing machine and install my new dishwasher. The part for the washer had to be ordered, so there was a need for a second visit to complete the repair, that is understandable. 2 weeks went by, then we had to make multiple phone calls to set the next appt. When the repairman returned to replace the valve in the washer, we were told he wasn't able to install the dishwasher. When I arrived home I found both the washer and dishwasher weren't pushed back into place, and the hot water was still turned off in the kitchen. The final straw is when the washer started leaking with the first load I ran, it never leaked before, the original problem had to do with the machine going thru the cycle without being restarted. So now, I'm much worse off, I can't even use the machine. When I called to report the problem there was no apology and no effort made to get a repairman out to correct their error. I am now waiting for another vendor that I will have to pay again. I will never recommend the services of this company
