Normally I would say 4 starts for this salon until today. Today if I could I'd put NEGATIVE 5*. I came in Wednesday to get my nails done. Friday a nail broke. I took the time to call make an appt on my 1 hour lunch break to get it fixed. When I arrived I was waiting for 10 minutes then was seated with Randy the owner, who by the way never fails to be as rude and unfriendly as he possibly can be . He begins my nail , putting the acrylic on VERY THICK and GUNKY I simply ask when he starts filing can her make it a bit thinner ( he tends to do thick nails per his brother who also works there by the name of Jam) very rude and bother he says yes I will ! Then he gets up and starts walking around, eating corn in the back hallway , so I ask his brother in a kind way is he or his brother finishing because I'm on my lunch break and I only had 30 minutes left . Jam ( who I go to regularly) ignores me . I repeat . He ignores again to the point of the lady whose nails he was doing looks at him and to get him attention. I then turn to the lady behind me who happens to work there and ask if she can ask him since I was not informed on what was happening . So she asks and Randy yell "SHE HAS TO LET IT DRY". I come here regularly never ever have I waited for acrylic to dry w/o any polish or anything on it. The thing is I made an appt to ensure I would get in and out and be back to work on time . If you want to go to a place where you'll be treated as a burden vs an appreciated customer then by all mean enjoy ! I however will not be returning
