  • The customer service is second to none. I watched how they talked to everyone there. One woman even got a hug when she walked in. Great balance of attentiveness and attention to detail. This was my third time getting food from here. I have had maybe half the items on the menu too. The one thing that stands out is the portion sizes. You will not get bigger Hawaiian BBQ sizes anywhere. The teriyaki sauce isn't the best but it is still pretty decent. I am not a fan of the breaded chicken and the fried rice didn't really do it for me. But hey, maybe I just don't understand traditional Hawaiian dishes. It was really difficult for me not to give this place 5 stars, Very difficult. I had to really look at other places I gave a 5 and compare this place to that.
