  • Sweet baby Jesus?! We have arrived. Now this is how I can imagine old Vegas was when wheelin' & dealin' were going on behind close doors drinking prohibition type cocktails served under a clouds of smoke.... The last time we hit up the Herb we strolled in on a Friday night/early Saturday morning around 130AM to make it to happy hour. Yes, I said it - Happy Hour! Only this super cool joint would have a happy hour between 12AM-3AM. What a great way to get into Vegas and begin your epic adventures in Sin City. Everything on the menu is on point. I will always opt to add the chimimcurri sauce to any steak order. Tried the pepper corn sauce during this recent visit and although the sauce is good, my mind was on the chimumcurri the entire time. Take some time to check out all the drink options that they have. You never know, you might find a new concoction to try out. I always tend to immediately have a mule but with the options at the Herb, you have to try something new.... I love the atmosphere. Everyone who is there is there to have a good time and that's it. Non-pretentious place to hang out with friends or spark up a convo with one of the bartenders. Don't let the dark building exterior or lack of a parking lot deter you from this place. Its seriously the place to be. Woot!
