I called Same Day Service when I was having issues with the flame on my range and instead of them just sending a tech out and billing me for a service call they had their service advisor review the issue I was having. Their service advisor called me back within an hour and recommended I contact the gas company first to make sure there was not an issue with the gas pressure coming into the house. The gas company sent someone out within an hour and he determined the issue to be the humidifier causing the issues with the flame. The service advisor from Same Day Service followed up with me the following morning to see if I still needed their tech to come out. Thank you for saving me money and the great customer service.
