  • In (unfortunately) typical CVS fashion, the pharmacy here is slow. I waited and waited with only one other person ever also waiting and finally got my Rx filled. But, WHOOPS! Someone forgot to call my name and another customer's name that was waiting. So we both sat there for who knows how long unnecessarily. Just like with fast food places, their priority is people in the drive thru. They incorrectly assume that walk-ins aren't in any kind of hurry. It is NOT first come, first serve. Rather, it's clear the drive thru line and THEN we'll get to the in-store people. Lesson learned. Always use the drive thru at any CVS if you don't want to wait more than a half hour for your Rx.
