Just an update for you all. As of today it's almost three weeks since I drove of the lot at the tent sale with my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. I called my previous financing company to confirm receipt of my payoff for my trade in, and guess what, they have not received anything. Go figure right. So I called the Chapman and asked what was the reason for the hold up. I was told that they were waiting on a check stub. Really Chapman??? If you only knew how upset I became. It's pathetic that no one from that company had enough common sense to give me a call for me to send that information in so that way I could avoid payments on two loans within a two week time frame. Yes, I would've had to pay my loan on my trade in and a week or so later pay another note on my new vehicle. How pathetic? I make it my business to let everyone that I know to "NEVER" go to Chapman Chevrolet "EVER". I'm just happy I called becuase I would've gotten two payments deducted out of my checking and I would've been clueless as to why or how that happened. I'm so over this company. If I had an opportunity to get my trade in back and purchase one with someone else, I would. I think that would be the best way to resolve this issue. Let me get my Mercedes back and take your Equinox back and we can call it even. I wish I would've never dealt with this unorganized company.
