  • If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don't be fooled by the folks giving DMV offices 5-star reviews simply because of one measly enhanced feature. Yes, the dash-pass is a very powerful and useful tool, and I'm glad it's been invented, but that still doesn't change the fact that the DMV is the most nightmarish place to be at.
