I went in at 10:30 AM with a little line up, but customers were being served right away.
I ordered a medium coffee with two cream using the sticker loyalty voucher and a medium ice coffee with skim milk, no ice, no sugar.
My coffee order was correct but my ice coffee was served with ice. When I went back to the counter, they were prompt to resolve it but its so chaotic in the back so its really easy to see how this happened.
My only negative feedback is when I ordered no ice, there was a 1in gap from the top, so they did not fill the cup up. Cost cutting? I have posted a picture.
Note, this location no longer provides hot coffee refills.
