| - Totally dissapointed, a horror story.
I had several months daydreaming about a few dresses they had on this store, who woulndt want to walk the isle with a Vera wang for under a tousand dlls??? It seem the perfect deal to get a designer dress for such an affordable price. The nigthmare begins by trying to make an appointment. Their automated system its one of their unneficient features. A girl answer me and made an appointment for me at 1:30 (never got her name). It was hard to find the place since there was no sign.By the time me and my mom got there i saw they had plenty of staff but it seems the girl at the entrance havent filed my appoinment and made me fill out a form. No one seem legitimatly bussy, but this girl told me i couldnt see the dresses because i had to wait for the person who will assist me to walk and check em. I agree cause it gave me the impression of how well taken cared was the bussines with their stock. They had to call over the place speakers to "britney". Wich came latter after she got called, but i was distracted with a bag of goodies they give you. She said something to the girl and the front and it gave me the impresion she was not going to help me. She seem stressed out and i figured cause they are doing some construction modifications to the building. She ask me stuff to see wha alterations i needed and i told her i was coming for a bridal gown. She hand me a catalog of what seem i could like and told me to wait while seated in some chairs they had. I told her it would be easier if i had some post it and she just said " i know". Then she introduce me to some girl that was in training and she was going to be in shadow. I agreed, the girl seem pretty kind. I showed her my four options and i ask for one that was on a manequin and told me it wasnt on my size, but she would check for me. While i was waiting for them to call me to the fitting rooms. A lady (wich to me seem totally like a homeless) sat down in the floor and ask me if i was going to get marry and start talking crazy stuff, wich make me think she was under the influence or something. Some other worker came and call her to the fitting rooms. And i waited for britney and the shadow. They call me in and i try on my first option, super cute, affordable, etcetera. Then while i was trying my second option, britney told me she was bringing another girl on training and that she had to go. When i came out with my third option, the homeless lady wich was being assisted by another sales person, pointed at me and said she wanted to try it on the one i was wearing and it made me feel weird. The girls on training were more polite and concern on my comfort that any one else in this place. When i was taking of the last one i ask one of the girls to ask britney if she had found the manequin one in my size. Some blonde lady came in and point at it, it was in the fitting rooms and told me "that is a smaller than your size" but if you like to try . I hesitate in there cause i didnt wanted to feel insecure with something that wasnt my size and ending up dissapointed on the dress. She put it on me and i catch a funny breeze, she zip it up and she was, oh its your size, let me put the lace on tigth for you. By that time i was about to trow up. It was a dissgusting smell of armpits that was coming out of the dress, i walk to the mirror and i wanted to take it off and they ask me why i was so urge into take it off. And i told her, i love it but it smells terrible. As a customet i took my caution onto not putting on parfum or messy make up, to not dammage the dresses. And britney just told me that the homeless lady try it on first. (She didnt even apollogize). I was super angry by the fact that first the other sales person didnt had the criteria to tell that this person was totally intoxicaded, crazy and not even showered. And second why she took my dress for her customer to try on and why my dresses where unnatended by this people. It was so unprofessional. My mom says the crazy lady ended up yelling and crying and then left. So many people, and the one who had to be resonsible of my bussines with them, didnt care, i understand the people on trainig are not responsable. But the other sales girls either cant pay attention on whats going on. Totally awfull. Nice dresses, good prices. But a customer service really makes a difference, speacially when you listen, and take care on what you do. I got mine at alfred angelo, and the girls here warned me that it was going to be expensive. It wasnt at all, their dresses were clean and there was exclusively one sales person to help me, and it was worth it.
