  • We saw a car on their site, called the sales person John, made an appointment to see the car...he called back and said that the car was on the way to the dealership and that he would call and we could then come in and see it..based upon his descriptions of the car and suggestion...we said fine and qualified for a BMW loan for that vehicle...he then called us back and said that the car was sold. ..but he had another!!! I would never buy a car from Chapman and I will tell everyone I know NOT to trust them. We dealt with John, Shane the GM and their finance manager...DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP Matt TUCSON
