Horrible location! My membership ended in May and was contacted regarding my last payment and told my membership would end at that point. I have been charged June and July and when I called and spoke with Melissa I was told it auto renews if I don't fill out a form (which I was not informed of during my last payment call or numerous visits made) and I would have to contact Amber via email. Well today after emailing Amber Friday as I was told I was charged again. Bora told me there's nothing she can do; told me I can google corporate office but would not provide me any info and told me Amber would call me Monday! Horrible company! And I will never use them again. Poor customer service!!!
