  • I'm seriously about to cry of frustration! My ford ranger died and we took it to Brakes Plus and they fixed it no problem. Then about a day later the same problem occurred! I was pretty upset but thing happen. I took it back and what did they say? 'Oh yea your fuel filter was bad but we didn't know if u wanted it done' REALLY?! I wish it was done when it needed to be! After they finished it died AGAIN! We took it back and they said they could get it to die again so we took it home hoping for the best. It drove ok for the next week and then today it died and would not turn over! I waited over an hour for a tow truck with my dogs! We took it back to Brakes Plus and they we really rude and said that they will call and let me know a price of what they needed to do. 3 hours pasted and no call. I called and they said 'oh let me get my diagnostic tech to look at it' ok?! Then they closed a few hours later and I got no call saying they need it overnight or to give me an update. IM BEYOND MAD! I have a job that I can't get to without my car! Now I'm unsure when I get my car back and now I can't get to work tomorrow! They were so unprofessional and I have been there for the same problem now 3 times!!! I have paid over $700 and still have trouble. IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER DONT WASTE THE TIME OR MONEY AND BRAKES PLUS ON 87TH AND DEER VALLEY IN PEORIA AZ!!!
