  • The so called Asst. Mgr. has no salesmanship what so ever. She had an attitude from the very beginning. I was very friendly and had a couple of normal questions about the shoe I was looking for and she acted like I was annoying her. I didn't catch her name because I walked out, but she had dark curly hair to her shoulders. I asked her if I bought the $165 shoes if she would throw in $2.99 shoelaces that looked better and weren't white. She said they're only 3 bucks you can't afford to buy them? Wow! She needs a major attitude adjustment. I drive a nice luxury car and a nice new truck so yes I could easily afford them...she lost the sale and didn't even care. They were dead too, no business! They wonder why brick and mortar stores are shutting down and are a thing of the past? Improperly trained employees is one issue. Just avoid this store!! You're better to go online to Amazon for NB.
