  • On Monday I called Walts TV store and a gentleman named Matthew answered the phone. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgable about my inquires. He invited us over to the store where he went over all aspects of the TV's that were in our price niche. Once we we chose the TV and wall mount, things started to move fast. The next day Travis came to our house to look at the job site and go over the installation process and set up the time for the technicians. On Wednesday afternoon Ethan and Gabe came over with all of the equipment. The two were very polite and respectful and most off all were extremely smart. They answered all my questions and concerns and even set up a sound bar that I had purchased from another store. The installation went smoothly and after it was done Ethan reprogrammed my Cox remote so it would operate all of my equipment including the sound bar, DVD player, and TV! From the phone call to job completion took about 48 hours! I would recommend Walts TV to anyone in the market. It's obvious to me that everyone takes pride in their work at this company which several of the employee's said has been in business since 1957!
