  • Called the phone number on the old hot water tank. They arrived in a timely manner. Anthony was wonderful! Nobody wants to pay to replace a water heater. Anthony educated me on the system and how it operates. Explained everything on what he was doing, and made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. He could have put a bandaid on it but we decided to replace it. My tank was 8 years old and we didn't see the point in saving it. I could've called other places and gone to a DIY store but I didn't want the hassle or have to schedule someone and wait. My water tank is located in my garage and was butted right up to a stairwell inside my house. If I waited longer to try to save money Eventually I would have damaged my interior walls and staircase. I value my time way more! I did pay a little more that other places in Las Vegas including DIY stores but long term they saved me thousands!
