  • If you're gonna treat yourself, then treat yourself to the good stuff. A trip to this spot is always worth the mission. Scoops are huge and everything is delicious! I ordered the Kauai Pie and inhaled it quietly. Don't talk to me when I'm eating Lappert's. The shop is located on the second floor of the California Hotel. Garage parking was $3 but you can get reimburse if you're gambling or dining. Just take your parking slip and dining receipt to the cashier to validate.
