  • I used to really like this gym. Key words USED TO. I had the monthly membership plus the personal training. After moving I had to quit the gym. I came in to cancel my membership and they told me I had to call a number to cancel. Fine no big deal. After calling the number the lady was nice but she didn't sound like she knew anything. She told me I had to email them a copy of my husbands military PCS orders to prove I was moving and to get out of them PT membership. Again, fine no big deal. I emailed them a copy of his orders. I got an email back saying it was insufficient because it didn't have my name on it. Well no f**king duh, I'm not the military member why would it have my name you are the ones that asked for it. So then I sent a copy of our new lease in FLORIDA and again got an email saying it was insufficient. WTF?! How? Multiple, multiple emails have been sent back and forth over a month. They make it impossible to leave and they make sure that they will definitely keep charging you. I have called, I have emailed and nothing has happened. I'm still a member of this gym that I am not using and they keep giving BS reasons that my paperwork is insufficient. This gym will do nothing but still your money and do nothing about it
