  • This review is for the Henderson, NV store on Pecos Rd.(so there's No confusion) If it wasn't for the Second round of bad customer service the lead or supervisor whatever he is (the middle aged African-American man) that was there on Friday, June 1st at closing 9:10P.M (to be axact) I would have gave it 5 Stars. First, You don't serve food while mopping, that is disgusting, second you can smile atleast once, third, put on gloves!! I'm pretty sure you are required to by the SNHD. And last, Stop harassing, berating and scolding the young kid (the other employee there that night, skinny teen)...Very Extremely unprofessional FYI. The plus side of this uncomfortable visit was (drumroll please) He did wash his hands, but still, that's pretty nasty!! I think I'm contacting SNHD and Corporate!! Probably won't go back, atleast for a very long time and definitely Would Not recommend to no one honestly.
