rev:text	True Foods delivered again. We had an awful experience at The Mission a few nights and our group came back to True Food for lunch. We had an even better experience than last time. Jared, our server, made excellent recommendations and treated us so kindly and always with a smile. We had a problem with our soup and the manager came out, apologized sincerely, and another lady came out to apologize when our meal was taking a little longer to come out. The food was fantastic, and the chocolate cake dessert was mind blowing! Thank you so much, True Food. We loved the welcome and the food so much that we came back the next day to the same level of service from Mackenzie. I feel like the manager, Mark, really sets the awesome tone for this restaurant, as he touched our table with every visit and was out on the floor helping his staff every time we were there. He even read me my Facebook notifications off the phone I left there (like an idiot) when I called to check if they had it, haha! I cannot wait until they're in Bellevue, WA! My favorite nibbles from True Food Kitchen during my week there were: The Mediterranean Quinoa Salad (refreshing!), the Tataki (drool), the Hangover Rx drink (only if you like coconut water, though!), the Seabass (drool), the spicy shrimp (drool), the matcha horchata (mega-drool), and the flourless chocolate cake (save. room. for. this.). As a Seattle-ite, I've got to give them props--their seafood is spot on! Thanks guys. You'll see me again soon :)
