  • Mr. Parker and/or sons, I called at about 7:00 p.m. on Wed. 7/27/16 to see if I could get someone out to fix my a/c that stopped working. I was told that someone would call me in the morning because I have 2 a/c's on my home and only 1 was not working.(I was ok with that). At 7:57 I did get a call and she told me that someone after 9:00a.m. would call when he was 15 to 20 min. from my home.. WELL........at 11:33a.m. I called back to your office to see what was going on and I was told the job the repair man was on was taking longer. So at 2:59p.m. I called again and was told the same thing as before and not to worry, I'm still on the list but would not or could not tell me WHEN I might get the call from the repair guy.. So after waiting 7 hours and still not knowing when and if I was going to get HELP I called someone else and they arrived at 4:30 p.m. and the repair was made. I almost feel like I did have Melvin on the job today!!!! Bob Burns 480-620-3557
