  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE!!! Save yourself time and trouble. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Currently my account is suspended due to a "glitch". I was told a manager would call to help me and it never happened. I cancelled a 7ft POD and was still charged nearly $1000. The employees are rude. Today alone I have spent over an hour on the phone with them because I need to change the delivery date and am unable to access my account. They also let me know that they are unable to refund my account the $1000 until my account is unsuspended. They have no idea when that will happen. All I can say is good luck if you make the terrible decision to use PODS.
