  • Not sure what's happening with this company....we've been with them a long time (purchased a 10 year service contract...nearing the end) . Over the last few visits, they've become ...shall we say shady? I'm meticulous in record keeping and when I recently reviewed my documentation from the last few visits...funny how my a/c units have gone from - dirty to clean to dirty to clean to dirty without the recommended cleaning (which incidentally would run approximately $600.00 ) AND about 18 months ago we had a unit that was "on the verge of going out"...here's what we can do for you since you've been a long time customer. New unit with all the bells and whistle (I'm somewhat exaggerating but close) for a deal of $6,000. ...hmmm let me think about it. AND who brings a sales guy out on a service call?????? Clearly there was an agenda to sell something that day. Well guess what 18 months later, unit is still running just FINE! DVA disappointing, there's just no trust in this company that they will do the right thing when they come out to your house....buyer beware!
