  • I ordered an iced Chestnut Praline latte with coconut milk, they usually ask if you want the whip cream on it, but when they don't, they just usually put on the whip cream which is fine and what I thought they did. You could tell the barista making the drinks was in a bad mood. He then called out my drink he was starting my other drink and doing someone's hot coffee. I waited until he was done with my 2nd drink to apologize and then ask if he could put whip cream on the first one. He then asked "You want want whip cream?" and I said "Please" and he said "Hold on" annoyed. He asked me to take off the top and then finished two more drinks which was fine, I understood people were still waiting for their drinks and I wasn't expecting him to drop everything and go to mine, but it was the amount he put that bothered me. The smallest amount of whip cream was on it and he didn't put the toppings the chestnut praline gets, but I wasn't going to bother him again to put him in a worse mood and I wouldn't be surprised if he did it on purpose. And as far as my other drink went, it was way over filled and it keep leaking out the straw slot. The chestnut praline also tasted like it had too much coconut milk in it. I guess it really depends on the barista of how your drink turns out. Really disappointed with my experience here which honestly never happens. If your not a morning person, don't work the mornings? haha.
