  • We have been loyal customers since we adopted our pup a year ago, as I have always found lower prices on toys and treats here, but I had an awesome customer service experience yesterday thanks to an employee named Indy. I was looking at the dog harnesses, and trying one on our pup to check the fit when Indy walked up and asked if she could help. She then educated me on the different types of harnesses, and helped me decide that a step in harness would be the best choice. Since the harness we purchased has a lifetime warranty, she then proceeded to go ahead and print out 10 receipts for me, highlighting the item on each one, and stapling the UPC tag on the receipts for me to have at the ready in case we need to return the product to the manufacturer for a replacement. I always have top-notch customer service when I shop at Dog Supplies, but today Indy went above & beyond.
