  • While most of the cashiers are very nice and helpful, the people at the customer service counter are not. I OFTEN find errors on my receipt, always to the store's advantage, when I get home (not getting sale price, giving coupons only to see the amount wasn't taken off) and after sometimes patiently waiting in line to get it fixed, I'm usually met with a nasty, annoyed attitude instead of someone wanting to help me. I feel I oughta be getting an apology, rather than feeling I'm bothering you!!! I would give one star for the people specifically at the customer service counter. But the employees elsewhere are much nicer. One last thing: everyone check the expiration dates at this store, particularly if an item is discounted. I've found things way out of date at this store. And I have brought the item to customer service where, again, they seem to be annoyed that they're being bothered to do something. Incredibly rude.
