  • While the room I had was quite nice, everything else about this hotel sucks. There are no good restaurants nearby, the lobby and restaurant were closed and in a state of disrepair, and they completely forgot to call me at the requested time for my wake up call. I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and I would stay just about anywhere else if given the choice in Cleveland.
