  • Mailed a package for overnight delivery. The package was delivered 3 days later. I called to get a refund for the $48.00 I was chartered for overnight delivery and the guy stated I need to speak to the owner and the owner works at a different store... I asked for number and was told he would send the owner an email and request the owner to call me back...... never got a call back. Call a week later and the same guy has no memory of the call..... plenty of other ups stores around. Never going back to that ups store.
