  • I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service!!! I have heard nothing but great things about this company. Then when I called I spoke with a gentleman named Paul. He was extremely nice. Not one complaint with the customer service by phone. However when my things were moved my wax melt burner was broke, my coffee pot broke, 3 pictures broke one of which was a family heirloom that was passed down to me. In the preparation email it states to label your boxs. What is the point in labeling them if they were going to throw them all in the kitchen and leave them there. They didn't remount my rack in my bathroom and lost my screws to do so. I honestly felt they took way too long to load a small apartment. Grant it they packed as well. But I don't feel it should have been $800 to move from one apartment to another in the same complex. It was like by the end they were just tired and threw my stuff where ever they could. They packed my son's rescue inhaler at the bottom of a box. They left things behind I specifically told them not to forget, and they packed stuff I told th to leave because I was going to throw away. They were in general very nice, but I was very disappointed with how things played out. I filled out the survey sent to me, and explained these things and you would think if the company actually cared that they would have gotten back to me at least about the things that were broken. I wouldn't use them again.
