  • I enjoy Michael's for scrapbooking paper and miscellaneous craft items. However, the front register employees seem to be unknowledgeable or helpful regarding anything in the store other than checking out. I find Joann's employees to be more welcoming and helpful overall. Everything is over priced and only worth purchasing with a weekly coupon. They have a good selection of paints and paper to choose from though. Also, the bathrooms are very run down.
