  • I received a Groupon as a gift and was very excited to try this salon out. I'm new to Charlotte and was hoping to find a nice salon and a nail technician in the area and that's exactly what I found. From the moment I requested the appointment until the time I arrived, Kaye was extremely helpful. She sends you reminder messages and even gives you directions to her salon . The day of my appointment, I got pretty lost in the Ayersley Park plaza which caused me to run pretty late into my appt. Kaye was so patient with me as I tried to find my way and still accommodated me. Not only did she take her time with my service but she did quality work ! I was so impressed with her attention to detail. Her salon is the cutest and so relaxing ! It's very clean and organized, as well. This was Exactly what I needed to end the week after getting surgery. Thank you Kaye for your awesome service and I'm lookin forward to my next appointment . :)
