  • Didn't care much for this location. Had an issue with Chase screwing up a transaction.. They tried to blame it on the merchant. The merchant showed me all financial statements, proving it was not their mistake. Claim dept rep. for Chase was VERY rude and condescending. The merchant, to make me happy, actually paid me money that chase took from my account, so the situation would be settled between us. Chase, however, ended up stealing 500 dollars from me.
