rev:text	I would like to respond to the comments by the owner. First, while you may be the owner, we were told Gaspare (sp?) held a major stake. Himself and Mark are the employees who receive the most rave reviews. Neither of them have been seen by us this year. Gaspare is gone, and if Mark is still around, he does not service our area anymore. The new techs that have come out have not done poor jobs, but they are a far cry from our prior techs. The job was done, nothing special. When we called after getting home from vacation, we were told it would be FOUR DAYS until someone could come out. I work from my home office when I am not traveling. My home office window looks out to the street. A Progressive truck DID pull up, and someone knocked on the door. I was on a call with a customer and could not drop the call to answer the door. No one called us the day before to inform us of this. Had they, I would have expected someone and not scheduled a call. As for spraying every other month; I called three other companies to set up new service. None of them spray monthly. Each told me that if someone is spraying once a month, the chemicals must not be capable of lasting. Our new company, Bulwark, uses Cy-Kick CS. I did some research on this product, and it is designed to last 90 DAYS. This would indeed validate the every other month policy. I am no expert on extermination, but the writing is on the label. Las Vegas has brutal weather, but it is no worse than the midwest has been. It certainly isn't as dramatic as Florida, South Texas and Louisiana. If it can last there, it can last here. Why didn't anyone show up at 9:30 am Saturday June 23rd as scheduled over the phone?
