  • Chris Powell, General Manager is the reason I will return to this dealership and do business again. Chris has stood behind his brand and what Penske represents. I bought a used Tesla and Chris understood my frustrations after the deal and made sure i felt comfortable and reimbursed me for costs I endured. He went as far as to offer to buy the car back from me and that folks is what won me over! I'd like to thank the staff at Audi of Chandler for making my situation correct. I now feel that i received an A+ deal and A+ service. It was a learning experience for all. Bottom line is I'll have no worries when dealing with this dealership they are part of Penske and uphold their reputation. You absolutely get what you pay for. Thanks again Chris P!
