  • I had never really shopped at a Nordstrom until I discovered Ross Park Mall. I love this mall and the Nordstrom here is one of my favorite stores. I always visit Janey at the Philosophy counter and she takes great care of me. Talk about phenomenal customer service! She is the best. I also purchased my first pair of Gucci sunglasses there and the girl who helped me was fantastic. I'm very sorry I can't remember her name. She was so much fun and very helpful! I come back here whenever I'm in the area!
