My chronograph's seconds hand was one second early (not exactly at 12 when reset). I first went to a something or other watch repair shop in a mall. The person who "assisted" me there tried a method that is found online for typical chronographs, realized it didn't work, gave up, then said she "fixed" the watch while all she was doing was letting the seconds hand tick for one second and pausing it. That was not an actual fix to the underlying issue.
So I came here based on a referral from my doctor, and showed the problem to the owner. I think he tried what she did for a moment, realized it was not typical, then did something different. In less than a minute, it was fixed... He even showed me the trick when I asked! The owner seriously knows his stuff about watches and is a truly upstanding person. Despite the drive and multiple closer spots I have in Chandler, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I couldn't recommend this place more.
