Reading some of the reviews I see that I am not alone in my experience with the extremely rude staff.
I have NEVER experienced such rude customer service in a clothing store before in my life. You'd think they were giving you clothes for free the way you are treated here.
I have shopped in stores From Rodeo Drive to Mayfair in London and I have never encountered this!
My mom and I were spending a lovely day together and I brought her here for shopping. They do have some cute things.
We were in the dressing room trying on things, I was finished so I walked out to put some of my clothes up and the lights in the store had been turned off with no one in sight. I thought they had locked us in the store!! It was 6:05pm the store closes at 6.
We had been trying on clothes so we didn't know what time it was. Every store I've ever been in when it gets close to closing they come to the dressing room and give you a warning about closing.
So I was nervous that we were locked in but I hung the clothes up anyways.. I clerk came out of the back and rudely said "don't do that! We'll do it tomorrow" (this is 5 min after their closing time lights off, their purses on)
I laughed and said "I thought you locked us in" No response.
My mom and I go to the register and my sweet mom was laughing and try to make the situation lighter because these 3 girls wouldn't say anything to us. You'd think we tried to steal something, instead of spending nearly 200$.
I told the girls about this guy getting locked in a FedEx Kinkos, again trying to get a response, something out of their mouths. NOTHING not a freaking word.
Smiles are free. The clothes we were buying weren't.
I will never step foot in this store again and I don't think anyone should.
The rudest people EVER.
