Well i dont know where to start. When i was younger my grandma and I used to come and eat here at this very restaurant sometimes twice a week. I needed a second job an got hired here ASAP. The place is disgusting. I saw many roaches while i worked there (8-19-05 to (8-27-15). At night i was cooking a burger an went to grab bacon an there was a roach chillan on the top counter. The guy simply grabbed the roach by hand an threw it in the trash (did not kill it) and walked away. Didnt sanitize the ares or throw away the bacon so i did. They leave out many foods past the bacteria growth period. Either the food gets too hot or too cold. Back prep area has food laying aroumd on shelves either thawing or curing pies uncovered. The one cook doesnt wash his hands especially when on grill going from chicken to fish to beef. Cross contamination is huge there. After my week an half i walked out nothing said when i saw dude fixing the faucet outside an comes in to finish slicing the tri tip with same gloves on.
This place used to be an icon an now is a scum bucket.
