  • This management company is nothing like what I have experienced in the past. There is a complete disconnect with the community in regards to the landscape maintenance of Common areas. Multiple calls have been placed over a 1 year period that landscaping is not up to par. Nothing has been done about this. Multiple complaints at HOA meetings also do not produce any actions. This is not an effective management firm IMO.
