  • When I got to my appointment Nikki called me to tell me her "car broke down", mind you this was 5 min after our appointment time was set for. So she wasn't going to be there on time anyway. Instead of trying to accommodate me or try to figure out a solution she had a lot of excuses. She then told me she would call me later to follow up and possibly get me in another time either later or the next day and she never followed up. If you are ok with wasting your time she is your girl! Worst experience not only with Nikki but with Body Spa Salon. Will never go there again!
