Good experience the first time I was there. Very bad, the second time around.
What I got done: Manicure & pedicure.
What was expected of me: Full payment and to return the next day to get it fixed.
What happened the next day:
Removed the nail color that they applied; And, wanted to charge me another $8 if I chose a different color.
My mistake: I paid Nailing for messing up my nails.
Result: Messy toe nails; Wasted time; Wasted money; Felt taken advantage of.
What would have been acceptable: Apologizing for the mess; Requesting payment after fixing the mess; A coupon to make me feel better. If they did the acceptable, I would have been their customer for life coz messes happen, but what matters is how we clean up.
Lesson learned: Never pay for a service until you are satisfied.
