  • i have never been so completely appalled with a company's policies. i called in to add my hubby's name to our account so that he could call and make changes or inquiries on our account at his own discretion. i come to find that they would have to run his credit and charge us a $250 deposit to do that. we had already done that when i first opened the account under my name. absolutely ridiculous!
