  • Looks great when you tour. Layout was nice. Amenities were nice. Carpet is substandard. Then you get to see what this place is really like -lots of people who are loud and obnoxious. -management is uncaring. Caught them in lots of false statements -roaches everywhere. -lots of hidden fees And after living there and reading the reviews here and on other sites, Christian P obviously either works for them or has a business relationship in some way. If he doesn't work for them, well, it's sad to see someone posting stuff just to feel important. If you look, his only listed friend is Key Realty company. Hmm...a douche dressed like a realtor leaving a contradictory review of a property. Can you smell the conflict of interest? Lose the tie douche....you don't smell like money. Update: I was going thru some old reviews and came across this one. Funny how I had a lengthy description of how I was robbed three times while living here. Doors were kicked in, patio doors jimmied open, they kicked a door in on one poor kid who's parents weren't home..... Robberies occurred here every few months while I was living here. Management didn't care. The section I wrote on the robberies was extensive and yet, the part I wrote about it magically disappeared......
