  • I love wendys food but I am always deterred from going here due to the lack of customer service. Sometimes I want it so much that I just suffer through but I don't feel like I should have to. They always ALWAYS get something wrong on my order whether I'm ordering 1 thing for myself or 6 things for my whole family. Something is always done wrong without fail. They need a new system of taking orders or something because it's just a universal problem not just at this location either but across the board. Also they took away the Caesar wrap which I LOVED!!! I go there way less now that it's off the menu. Booo bring back the Caesar wraps.
