  • Apartment walls are very thin, you can literally hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes. High rent! 1200 for a small 1 bdrm. Apartments are mad very cheap. Handles easily break and drawers just fall apart. My sink nozzle just fell off. Absolutely NO supervision at the pool. Parties are thrown almost every day with most people not being residents. Leaving pool overcrowded and very noisy. I once saw empty beer pong bottles and floatable 'tables' filled with liquor left forgotten in the pool floating by children. Exercise equipment has been broken for over a month. Towels, bottled water and sanitary wipes in gym are often left unfilled. CONSTANT notices to enter your apartment are left on your door practically every month for inspections, etc. and yet only half of the apartments are actually entered. When called and asked why I was receiving notices with no one actually entering my apt during said times I was told that only a certain group of apartments are affected. I'm a dog owner and do not like leaving my dog in a kennel while I'm at work all day because someone MIGHT do an inspection. Also expect to have loud fire drill tests done early in the morning every other month. DO NOT LEASE
