  • I would give them a zero star rating if I could. I have NEVER written a bad review on Yelp, but I am quite frustrated and upset. I spent an hour filling out their application only to have them not read it completely and deny us from adopting a couple of their dogs. I emailed them back within 30 minutes and called and left them a message, only to never hear back from them again. There clearly was a mix up and I tried to correct it. They wouldn't even give me a chance to do that. You bring dogs to an event, let us play with them, we decide on which two we want, fill out applications... only to not return our calls or emails?? Good luck to you. There are plenty more rescues in the valley that will be happy to adopt a couple of very lucky dogs for us to love and spoil.
