  • Just when you thought management couldn't get any worse, a new company steps in and lowers the bar. Don't let the exterior of this place fool you. This place is completely infested with cockroaches. In the sink, Under the sink, in the dish washer, out of your tub, anywhere you can think of I've seen a roach scatter. This new "Management" is plain out terrible. Not helpful at all and we constantly get ignored when asking for our packages at the office, my wife getting the worse of it. I wonder why? There is also my concern on safety. I had my Vespa/scooter stolen from the parking lot in the first 4 months of living here. I would say the only good thing about this place is the parking but then again, you're risking getting your belongings stolen. There has also been constant construction in the complex. This is the second time in a year that this place has tried to cover up how awful it is with a literal coat of paint. Hammering, drilling, and singing along to music as early as 6AM. Do yourself a favor and please do not move here. There are plenty of apartment complexes nearby and I'm willing to bet at a lower monthly cost. Started off paying $650 a year ago and now I'm paying $740 for a studio. The price isn't bad NOW but I'm willing to bet the "remodeling" of the complex will definitely raise it. Save yourself the embarrassment of having your friends come over and seeing how many roaches they they can spot. I'm just counting down the days until my lease is up. From one renter to another; There are better, safer, and friendlier places.
