I'm really not sure I can echo the sparkling rave reviews here. Unlike some of the reviews here, my cat is a regular at this place in that she is seen here for her check ups, vaccines and any other issues that may arise.
Overall, I've had no issues with the vet, Dr. Nicole. She's very gentle and has always kept me well informed when my cat was there for a procedure. My issue comes in with dealing with the staff over the phone. There's not a single time that I've called concerning an issue with my cat that I wasn't made to feel like I was taking up too much of their time and I was a nuisance. I was even told once when my cat was experiencing side effects from monthly flea medicine that I should call the manufacturer because they don't sell that brand, which by the way, they wrote the prescription for. Are you kidding me? I really don't care what you do or don't sell. I called for veterinary advice for my cat's symptoms (which by the way I didn't get). So, this has been my experience. It has lead me to seriously consider going elsewhere. I want quality care regardless of where I buy my cat's medications and I want to be able to express my concerns without being rushed off the phone or cut off. Dealing with the staff over the phone with a sick pet is just too much to deal with. It's unnecessary stress and hassle.
